This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of end-to-end design work, from problem definition and research to execution and iteration. You will have the opportunity to directly engage with customers, run your own research, and leverage existing insights to inform and validate your work.
Your role will be to design, refine, and scale impactful product experiences while ensuring that our design system, brand, and experience principles are upheld across all customer touchpoints.

Own the Design Journey amplifying the Ecosystem Experience
- Take existing product journeys and improve them by identifying pain points, inconsistencies, and areas for optimization.
- Design with scalability and long-term maintainability in mind, ensuring solutions work for current and future needs.
- Collaborate with the broader Design team to ensure consistency across our Design System, Brand, and Product Experience.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring our products work for all merchants.

- Work closely with Product Marketing and Brand teams to ensure our design language is consistent, intentional, and impactful.
- Help foster a culture of design excellence by sharing knowledge, mentoring junior designers, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our practice.
About you
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing impactful work in digital products.
- Comfortable working within a dedicated product team, balancing execution with problem-solving.
- A self-sufficient designer who can conduct your own research, synthesize insights, and apply them to product decisions.
- Proficient in interaction design, prototyping, and visual design, with a deep understanding of user-centered methodologies.
- Ability to work fast, iterate, and test assumptions while maintaining high design quality.
- A meticulous designer with a sharp eye for aesthetics and detail in both macro and micro-interactions, ensuring high-quality execution in every aspect of the product experience.
- You’re a systems thinker, but also a pragmatic decision-maker—you know when to push for a new approach and when to work within existing frameworks.
- Not afraid to challenge assumptions, but also open to feedback and alternative perspectives.
- You understand trade-offs—balancing user experience with feasibility, scalability, and technical constraints.
