About the role
The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, optimising, and reporting on full-funnel performance campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other emerging channels.
This role plays a key part in driving high-quality acquisition and growing brand presence through creative iteration, audience experimentation, and strategic optimisation. As a senior team member, you’ll take full ownership of these platforms, working closely with content, design, and data teams to identify and scale opportunities.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and deep executional expertise. You’re expected to proactively identify growth levers, stay adaptable as priorities evolve, and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative environment.
What you will be doing
Campaign Strategy, Planning & Execution
Develop, execute and optimise full-funnel performance strategies across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
Translate business and growth objectives into clear, platform-specific strategies and tactics
Manage budgets, bid strategies, placements, and audience segmentation to drive efficiency and volume
Maintain platform hygiene and ensure campaign setup aligns with tracking and funnel goals
Performance Analysis, Reporting & Optimisation
Continuously test and optimise campaigns to improve CAC, ROAS, and lead quality
Monitor performance using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Looker Studio
Deliver actionable insights and performance reports that influence strategy
Partner with the data team to enhance attribution accuracy and lifecycle analysis
Creative Collaboration
Brief design and content teams on creative needs based on funnel stage and performance data
Review and provide feedback on creative assets to ensure they align with platform best practices
Lead creative testing cycles to identify high-performing messaging, formats, and placements
Continuous Learning & Channel Innovation
Stay ahead of algorithm changes, privacy updates, and new ad formats across platforms
Lead structured tests on audiences, bidding, and content to uncover new growth opportunities
Evaluate and recommend new channels for experimentation and adoption where relevant
About you
Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience in paid social/performance/display marketing
Deep experience running full funnel campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok
Proven experience driving acquisition and improving ROI through structured testing and optimisation
Bonus: experience managing Google Ads campaigns
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Meta Blueprint and TikTok Ads certifications are advantageous
Ongoing upskilling in growth, analytics, or digital experimentation is a plus
Technical Skills
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, audience segmentation, and performance metrics
Experience with GA4, Mixpanel, Looker Studio, and multi-touch attribution
Confident turning data into action through structured reporting and forecasting
Communication Skills:
Clear, confident communicator with the ability to translate complex performance data into simple, actionable insights
Comfortable collaborating across marketing, data, content, and design teams
