About the Product Operations team
Product Operations at Yoco designs the systems that power how we build - connecting insight, planning, and execution across Product, Design, Engineering, and Customer Operations.
We embed the rhythms, frameworks, and feedback loops that help a product-led organisation scale with clarity, confidence, and cohesion.
By integrating enablement, measurement, and operating design, ProductOps ensures every product decision is insight-driven, strategically aligned, and built for continuous learning.
About the role
The Product Operations Manager is a strategic force multiplier for Yoco’s product organisation - defining the systems, metrics, and practices that shape how our Product, Design, and Engineering teams plan, learn, and deliver with clarity and confidence. You’ll architect scalable ways of working that embed experimentation, data, and insight into every stage of the product lifecycle, improving flow, learning, and craft across the organisation, and ultimately raising the bar for how Yoco builds products that help entrepreneurs thrive.
What you will be doing
Architect and scale Yoco’s Product Operating System - the toolkits, frameworks, and rituals that connect product strategy to execution.
Embed insight, experimentation, and measurable outcomes into daily product practice, improving craft and decision quality across all teams.
Operationalise shared product health metrics and learning loops, bringing together data, research, and experimentation into a single narrative.
Shape and evolve the Product Playbook, codifying how Yoco does product - from discovery and validation through delivery and continuous learning.
Strengthen the connective tissue between Product, Design, Engineering and Data, ensuring seamless flow and faster learning.
Lead strategic initiatives that improve how we learn, decide, and scale - from insight to delivery.

About you
You have 6+ years in Product Ops, Product Management, Product Strategy, or similar roles in a product-led organisation.
You love designing frameworks and systems that make complex teams work smarter.
You are fluent in using data, insight, and experimentation to guide prioritisation and learning.
You are a connector and enabler - trusted by senior leaders and valued by delivery teams
You value clarity, iteration, and adoption over process for process’s sake.
You want to help shape how a scaling product organisation operates and grows.
You are comfortable zooming between long-term system architecture and ground-level execution.
