The Opportunity
As the Inside Sales Manager you will lead and manage three dynamic phone-based teams: Inbound Sales, Customer Success and Cross-sell.
This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, increase customer retention, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team
What you will be doing
- Leading & Developing a High-Performance Team – Manage and mentor Inbound Sales, Sales Development, Customer Success & Cross-sell teams to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Owning the Sales Cycle – Oversee lead generation, pipeline management, closing deals, and upselling opportunities to grow our customer base.
- Driving Customer Success & Retention – Ensure clients achieve their business goals using our payment solutions, strengthening long-term partnerships.
- Leveraging Data & Insights – Use analytics and CRM tools to optimize sales processes, track performance, and implement winning strategies.
- Staying Ahead of Market Trends – Keep up with industry shifts, competitor movements, and fintech advancements to refine your approach.
Innovating & Scaling – Explore new sales tactics, refine methodologies, and continuously improve team performance.
Inbound Sales:
- Oversee the inbound sales team to ensure efficient handling of all incoming leads
- Implement strategies to convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities
Monitor and analyse team performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet and exceed goals.
Customer Success & Cross-sell:
- Under the guidance of the Customer Value Management team:-
- Manage the customer success team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement cross-sell and up-sell strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set sales goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales processes and best practices to streamline operations.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Systems, Reporting and Analysis:
- Ensure appropriate systems are in place to deliver results in the most efficient and effective way possible
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market trends.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Present findings and strategic plans to senior management.
About you
You’re a strong people leader with a proven track record in solution selling, sales methodology implementation, and upskilling teams. You take a hands-on approach to performance management, coaching, and driving results while ensuring a structured and efficient sales process.
- You have at least 10+ years of experience in sales management (Inbound), account management, or business development (B2B preferred).
- 3+ years in a leadership role, managing multiple high-performing teams within a contact centre environment.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and growing a portfolio of accounts.
- Strong expertise in solution selling, consultative sales, and negotiation.
- Experience with fintech, SaaS, or payments solutions is a huge plus.
- Ability to analyse data, optimize sales strategies, and drive measurable results.
